Return Policy:

Returns: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, you can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories. We kindly request that you securely package your return, as we can only offer store credit if an item arrives damaged.

Certain items, such as personal care products, custom items, are non-returnable.

Refund Policy:

This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the processing time once we receive it (10 to 14 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Gift card purchases are non-refundable; however, we are happy to provide store credit for a future purchase.
